Equidistance by Line Spectrum

Line Spectrum brings us an album of ethereal ambience recorded in his studio in Kyiv, Ukraine. Through a plastic approach to sonic matter and using minimal tools like Ableton Live, Zoom iQ6 and piezo microphones, Equidistance was sculpted mainly from surrounding experiences and acoustic objects that were carefully manipulated and mixed.

“Equidistance is based around a theory of observation. Finding yourself equally distant from everything yet absorbing the needed frequencies. Filtering out all the unnecessary and leaving just the needed. Pure mind as the center of your everyday existence.”
