Santa is the debut album of La montaña adentro, a duo formed by ross and miguel isaza, born from a creative journey they have shared for years and materialized through a series of experimentation sessions that sprouted since 2020 in Santa Elena, Antioquia, where the duo resides. With the rhythms of nature, they have been weaving an album of 10 songs that portrays a path of deep listening and a friendship that takes root and flourishes in the cloud forest. In Santa, ross and miguel explore the crossover between soundscape and composition with traditional andean instruments such as guitar, cuatro, zampoña, flutes, electronic instruments and machine processes. The result is a music that morphs with every sunset, every twilight and every shared forest.
