Gatekeeper by Backbone

Portuguese artist Backbone arrives on Counterchange with his first-ever full EP, ‘Gatekeeper.’

With four addictive and groovy modern techno tracks, Backbone ensures highly effective and body-friendly zones throughout. Stand-out cut ‘Take A Trip’ is a must-experience moment with its deadly combination of deep funk-bass pressure, amen-breaks snippets, and cerebral vocal samples.

‘Lost In Key’ resonates on a sensual plain without the need for overdriven sonics while both ‘Gatekeeper’ and ‘Your Love Is…’ show off Backbone’s tougher yet equally precise edges.
