A few words from the artist: "This album was crafted around the concept of attempting to reconcile all of my musical inspirations into one album while still remaining cohesive. The result is my favorite album I’ve made. Mostly everything was done in intervals between work—picking up and leaving off at inconvenient times—but I think this made me approach each track slightly differently each time I’d sit down to write. This is an album full of references, big and small, to the music I love and the sounds I love to hear."
