Winter-Light bids a warm welcome to the artist Talst, who presents us with his debut album ‘Celestial Displacement’. ’Talst’ is the project of Rob Meldrum, a sound artist currently based in Chicago. The music can best be described as blackened, dark ambient with space, industrial overtones, etched with tinges of horror. The pieces are skillfully composed and arranged, creating both moments of intensity and a space for quiet reflection. The perfect soundtrack for a science-fiction horror film, yet to be made.
