Hijo del Mar by Marco Ferrantelli

A convergence of atmosphere and rhythm, shaped by the sea.
With Hijo del Mar, Marco delivers a deeply immersive album that draws on his life connection to the ocean. Inspired by its vastness, stillness, and hidden power, the record fuses the contemplative ambiance of the sea with the raw depth of contemporary techno.

Analog sequences layered with evolving textures that gradually build into dense, hypnotic rhythms. It’s a sonic meditation on water, distance, and movement - balancing the tranquility of open space with the urgency of subterranean pulse.

Hijo del Mar is a carefully crafted sonic experience - both introspective and kinetic - where evolving analog textures and spacious harmonies gradually give way to weighty, hypnotic rhythms.
