The inspiration of ‘Repent’ is from the horrors of children, over the years, experiencing child abuse from the Catholic Church. The intense atmosphere, throughout the whole album, takes the listener into feeling ever more empathy towards these innocent victims. The intensity of the atmosphere is enhanced with a deep and dark drone soundscape. At times, Noise music emerges as a present genre of music on ‘Repent’ whilst Industrial is a clear influence in most tracks. Minor unexpected twists appear on the tracks ‘Descent into the Ecclesiastical Abyss’ and ‘Rage’.
