Caw, buzz, shingle-shake
Amid the whispering streams,
The breath of distant voices
Close now again,
The dripping pulse comes up like a memory,
Heavy pulling the thrum into
My twitching mind's eye,
Giving way to a tumbled roll over stones of skipping drum and a bass shimmering down the sibalence.
Listen.
And you'll hear it ringing,
Like the call of a bird in an
Electric jungle.
