Our new weapon is in charge of Catalonian producer PFROPF, offering four slices of precise rugged bleep techno. First cut Industrial Brain starts with a relentless kick and bass foundation with a repetitive bleep running on top. More bass frequencies are added as the arrangement goes by, giving a feeling of tension and hypnosis. Mental Evolution follows, breaking and distorting the groove on the first bars to suddenly twist into 4/4 madness. Hyperspace opacity. Syntav Basement relies on a solid beat again with continuous bleeps as spice, spoken words appear somewhere in the middle going back to repetition after the break. Ancient Noise runs over similar parameters, obscurity and gray scaled sounds wisely spreaded over the arrangement, using and old school vocal sample as a hook.
