Collective Details 8th release 'Onomatopoeia' is here and it is a special one! 'Onomatopoeia' is a figure of speech in which words evoke the actual sound of the thing they refer to or describe. Backrill and Voorman created banging tracks completely made out of a short vocal sample from A Thousand Details' stream showcasing their craft in sounddesign. Rose (Roo), a visual artist, who surprised us with a creative interpretation of the challenge also delivered a track for this release. Collective Details residents RE-Connect, Diepzeebeest and Frank Sinanthrax took up the task of remixing these tracks to complete an eclectic and special EP full of heavy bass, ethereal bleeps, soothing pads and sharp percussive drive.
