Our fragment series continues. This month's story is told by Vanta. Originally from a metalcore and hardcore background, Marvin has always enjoyed electronic and experimental music. Heavily influenced by this and the techno scene in Leipzig his focus are impulsive rhythms, dissociative sounds, and dark and eerie atmospheres. As a founding member of PVC, he is also co-organizing raves in clubs and woods around the Leipzig area. For a few years now, he has been exploring the world of producing. Releasing on Labels like Aarden Records, Crescent London, Further Sessions, Proselytizing, or Charybdis he is establishing himself in the scene always seeking to refine his sound. ‘’ For podcasts, I usually start with an idea or a concept of sorts what I personally expect of a certain podcast series and start digging through all the amazing artists and labels to find something that suits that concept. This can take as little as a few hours from start to finish but also has been taking me a few months and that is not in a bad way.
