After a delightful first EP on Oráculo Records, Frust, one of the many side-projects of neo-coldwave sensation Blind Delon, has chosen Bella Ursa to continue carving its ‘Stone’ series. At first glance, ‘Stone II’ might seem to instantly fit into well-known electronic tropes. However, a careful listen will reveal a savant assemblage of zero gravity electro with the band’s original roots in Wave and EBM. Expertly-crafted all the way around, these 6 singular tracks are a true testament to the band’s ability to deliver highly cinematic and haunting atmospheres.
